    Over the years i have known of farangs who end up losing houses over this problem, one friend of mine his wife got millions in debt and eventually she killed herself. They just dont know when to stop. You need to crack down hard and stop this (good luck with that) or walk it will end in tears and deep debt or worse.

    I used Pickfords international when i moved from UK to Thailand, they are very good ,no problems at all and very good prices. I assume they would do the same back to UK.

    Pattaya is sin city ,everybody knows it is sin city, it raises a lot of money for Thailand selling sin. So keep it just as it is there is enough punters who want a sin soaked holiday. So if you want a family holiday go somewhere else, Pattaya is unique and should stay that way. By the way we all know these crack downs dont last 5 minutes.
