Yes, I am very proud of her. For woman in general, but especially for Asian woman it is very difficult to resist the social pressure that is being build up during these times to force people to do something they do not want to do. I know many people, not just woman but even a lot of (nowadays feminized) men, that wear masks even if they do not want to. They just all do because they think that the others ones expect them to do, even if the other ones just do it because they think the other ones expect them to do as well. It is like a never-ending cycle of senseless expecting induced by outer influence, just made possible because people are not talking straight and open to each other anymore. And furthermore I know a lot of people as well who just got vaccinated because of all the pressure. Being it by the restrictions or the social pressure. Some of them hating themselves now, because now no one is helping them dealing with the partly severe side effects, not the governments who imposed the restrictions nor the social circle who put pressure on them. So yes, I am very very proud of my Thai GF and I knew most people here would not understand and give comments like yours, but in the end it is just because we are brave enough to be what you are scared of, and deeply inside you you know that. My Thai GF is obedient to me but not obedient to authorities. Never wears a mask anywhere and unvaxxed. Regarding corruption: In Thailand corruption is visible and available for anyone, while in The West corruption is just for the well-connected Elite. I prefer the Thai Style, as we can at least buy our freedom here as "average person", while in The West we are all complete slaves and just the Elite is able to buy themself freedom.

I was in a similar situation, I was able to get a Covid Extension after my Volunteer Visa! But the first agency could not do it for some reason, while another was able to. And then I switched from Covid Extension to Child Dependent Visa, which surely is not available for you. But maybe you can find a Thai Woman to marry while being on the Covid Extension, just officially, to stay here. I mean this is what Africans do in our countries all the time ????

This is a good advice. Kids nowadays are spending way too much time online. Would be even better if you would create a livable, open and free society where kids can go outside without fear and masks. Build more playgrounds, encourage kids to do sports (without masks, saw that a lot here, masks on kids while doing sports outside..) and teach them why digital intoxication is a real thing.

Well, Costa Rica tried to implement the vaccination surveillance passport QR code system, but got heavy backlash from tourism operators and the legislation is currently challenged in Costa Rican courts and currently at least "on hold" ???? Otherwise, Mexico and El Salvador are the places of freedom right now for sure. In El Salvador you can even do anonymous payments with your Lightning Wallet in many places and you are not forced to use any FIAT money anymore ????

Hi, I just recently saw that it is kinda easy to apply for Thai Citizenship if you are married and living and working and paying taxes here for just 3 years. Will be married soon, could be employed and get salary and pay taxes on that. Just one thing, to know if it is worth it to start this path. I am a citizen of an European country which DOES NOT allow dual citizenship. But I know for sure if for example I would gain citizenship by investment for Dominica, St. Kitts and Nevis or Turkey, they would not send out any information to my home country and while essentially not allowed, I could just keep my European passport and they would not know that I gained another citizenship. Now I would like to know from people who already gained Thai Citizenship if that would be, just theoretically for sure, possible to get Thai Citizenship through marriage and keep your old citizenship. Or does the Thai Government, which I cannot really believe if even countries like St Kitts and Turkey don't do it, send out a message to your current country of citizenship that you gained Thai Citizenship? To make long story short: At the moment when you gained your Thai Citizenship, there was a notification to your current country of citizenship about your new Thai Citizenship?
