  1. Seems I cannot get past the "api server error" when resending the application. Tried yesterday and today from different computers, from mobile, from different browsers but still same message. If I use the CORS extension on google chrome the error becomes " Your information has been submitted more than 2 times. Please check your registration status with your access code on https://tp.consular.go.th" but either way it's blocking me for sending any more applications. Losing hope now T_T
  2. Thanks, glad to hear somebody had the same issue and then solved it. It's the first application of the day though ( I sent 2 other applications last week and still pending). I also called the support and they said they "never heard of this problem before", suggesting me to try again later. I read somewhere that adding a space after the passport number solves the issue, however they must have updated their interface now since you cannot insert any space in the passport field. I will try again tomorrow hoping it will go through!
  3. I finally got around the "api server error" but now the system won't let me re-apply saying that " Your information has been submitted more than 2 times. Please check your registration status with your access code on https://tp.consular.go.th" Anyone else getting this message?
  4. Somebody finally picked up the phone after 1 hr 40 min waiting and they suggested me to reapply. If you are applying from Europe the response shouldnt take more than 1 day so if it is longer than this then its a problem with the uploaded documents. Unfortunately cannot reapply at the moment as I get an "api server error" when I submit the application.
  5. Ok, I thought it was the Line contact of the Thailand Pass customer service in Bangkok... I am applying from Italy so I think the thai embassy in USA can't help me.. thanks anyway
  6. I read that the customer service has a LINE account...is that true? Does anybody know how to contact them through LINE? I might try this before quitting...
  7. Having problems with Thailand Pass as well. Applied 6 days ago for me and my girlfriend, I received the Thai Pass in literally 1 second but her application is still "under review". Documents submitted for the two applications are the same, (clear vax certificate with QR code and everything else as requested) so I don't understand the delay. I even tried to re-apply for her but did not solve the problem. I tried to email the service twice to no avail. Calling the support but nobody picks up. Flight is on sunday, I am starting to think we will probably have to cancel...
