I've got a 1 year lease on a condo, been in the UK for 3 weeks and returning to Thailand, do i need to get a new TM30 or is the TM30 i got when i started to rent the condo still valid, i.e. does leaving Thailand and re-entering mean a new TM30 is required even if I'm returning to the same condo still under the same lease? Can i do my 90 day report online the first time after re-entering Thailand or must the first 90 day report be in person having left the country since my previous 90 day report? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Does anyone know any bars in Pattaya that show Europa Conference league games kicking off at 2am? Wasn't sure where, if any, would stay open until 4am to watch the whole game? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.....

Hi, i'll soon be in need of some dental work, mainly a bridge and possibly crowns for front teeth, has anybody got any recommendations / experiences of Pattaya based dentists who perform bridge work? I'm not looking for the cheapest option but something that will last me and look good. Thanks for any feedback.....

I need to top up on some Acuvue daily disposable lenses, specifically for astigmatism, any suggestions for the cheapest source? I'm guessing online like Shopee or Lazada, which i've already checked, but the prices are more expensive than in the UK when buying online. Is ordering from overseas an option, i've read that can prove difficult in relation to customs? Any experience of physical shops in Pattaya, i guess they're more expensive than online anyway? Thanks for any suggestions.....

Thanks all for your detailed responses, everything has moved quite quickly since i nudged TE this morning, received welcome letter and membership number, booked my flight and requested TE to meet me when i land, what a difference a few hours can make! @Tropposurfer and @ukrules appreciate hearing about your personal experiences with the process and pointers, very reassuring, thank you. @DodgerRodger had pretty much the same timeline, started my application on the 21 August and completed today, cheers

@Tropposurfer thanks for the above, literally just received my welcome email and membership number (a quick reminder email from myself seemed to speed things up!) Yeah i'll definitely book the Elite concierge to meet me at the plane and take care of all the IO stuff for me. Regarding the other services Elite offer, did you use them to assist in setting up a Thai bank account? Thinking of using Bangkok Bank but i'll be based in Pattaya, i know they assist if you're in BKK, not sure about outside BKK though, might be easy enough without them anyway if i take along the Elite visa letter etc, i'll ask them when i'm in country i guess.....

@OneMoreFarang thanks, i've been looking online, just wanted to know if anyone had any agent recommendations they had personally used when looking for a condo or stayed in a condo that matched my requirements that they would recommend.

@ukrules thanks for the above, i won't be booking my flight until i get my membership through so don't need to worry about staying in Thailand until then. TPC said i should get my membership welcome details by the 4th October at the latest but still nothing, i'll chase them again tomorrow.....

I'm moving to the Pattaya area later this month and looking to lease a condo for 12 months, still undecided between central Pattaya / Pratumnak / Jomtien / Wongamat so going to be looking around a lot. Any recommendations for condo rental agencies for each area or one that covers all the above areas? Got a shortlist of requirements: close to baht bus route (as won't be using bike or car), high floor, balcony with some sort of sea view, within walking distance of a few eateries and 7-11 etc for around 20 - 25k, any ideas would be greatly appreciated so i can whittle down my long list of properties to visit!

I'm hopefully flying into Swampy from the UK this month where i'll have my Elite Visa added to my passport at the airport on arrival, (i have no current Thai visa). Will i have any problems at Heathrow airport check in if i don't have an onward / return flight, can i just show them the documentation from the Thailand Privilege company and they'll be happy? Also the Visa Elite process is taking a lot longer than i thought, TPC say because of high demand, anyone else experiencing a long turnaround on receiving their membership recently?
