As per 1265/BYT-DP Travelers entering Viet Nam by air, road, sea, or rail must only present either a negative PCR test result done within 72 hours prior to departure, or a negative rapid test done within 24 hours of departure. Having seen what's left over after modern cremations, I suspect that even if cremated 75 years ago (low tech, low heat) there would still be sufficient remains to make a positive ID.
