I attended Bangkok University when I was 31. I never heard anything about age restrictions. Immigration didn't care, and neither did the university.

I bought Hitachi at Powerbuy and it's really reliable. Powerbuy installed it. The installers were on time and did good work. I would go with Hitachi over other units. I also have Samsung, and they just are not as well-built or reliable. Hope that helps. Best of luck!

I would consider teaching yourself how to do the work. I do all the work at my house except for electrical work. Finding solid workers here is like trying to find the Arc of the Covenant. It takes time to learn, but there are many instructional videos of how to online. I find it rewarding just knowing it will be done right.
