ok thanks, I've tried contacting testing center as the hotel isn't involved with the test in Phuket but not getting anywhere with them so unless they reply can't see what else I can do but leave it

If you were never given a pink form when entering/day 1 test on the test and go program, do you need to do the day 5-6 test? If so how would you do this as the hospital wouldn't do the test without the pink form (which I was never given)
