  1. Children children Please be civil I think one of the best advantages of third party bookings is split airlines my last trip was BKK-CDG on CE return CDG -BKK on TG Trip.com had great CS but if there's a problem it is usually easier to deal with the airline directly.
  2. it's the quantity and whether it's in a labeled prescription container with your name on it. Customs at Swampy rarely checks contents of luggage
  3. Sometimes if you show the money you want to pay the vendor will take it. Money talks
  4. Most of these problems are Cultural but they are changing, as Social Media is showing Thai's how the rest of the world acts. Before SM Thailand was locked into it's own rules and regs. It will take time for change
  5. My advise from personal experience a slow growth Cancer can explode into necessary Prostatectomy in a short time. Also do whatever you can to keep the prostate because without it you will be incontinent ie on diapers for the rest of your life. The Urinary Sphincter is in the Prostate. Get rid of the Cancer ASAP no matter what the size
  6. TAT is only interested in Numbers of arrivals. Arrivals are up Visas for all revenue is down cheap tourist but good numbers There are many many retirees who are living poor in their home country; who's income would be more than adequate to live in Thailand ME for one I seem to remember good expat numbers pre- covid Cut the BS paperwork and there would be a monthly uninterrupted cash flow. My experience is that you cannot get into or leave a Thai private hospital without paying, Don't know about Gov't places
  7. Slurpee 29 Baht also the 7-11 down the block now carries fresh Veggies frozen meals heat and serve meals
  8. Blaming and attacking minorities is the usual response from people of lower intelligence
  9. I fell my hip replacement cost 700,000 Baht. I think everyone will agree that about the most dangerous thing in BKK is crossing the street. If I had been hit by a BMW or Mercedes and needed a replacement who would pay ?
  10. Last 90 day report (at CW) I got a slip that said Notify Again April 18 I am leaving the country (have reentry) April 9-15 So do I have to do a 90 day on April 18 or July 18 ?
  11. OK this brings up a question for my next report . I went to CW for my last report and got a paper that said next report due April 18, 2024. I am taking a trip to Europe April 9-15 2024. Will my 90 day report then be pushed back to July 18 2024 ?
  12. If you look around Nana there is a homeless problem there too. Mostly in the daytime. I'm sure that the tourists are impressed
  13. People not insured are screwed as I doubt if the bus company will deal with lawsuits maybe in a year or 2 of legal wrangling Must have been sent to a Gov't hospital as a private one would require payment up front
  14. I had my ATM card eaten in a branch of BB I had to go home to get my PP as this seems to be bank rules Pictures and paperwork are important. I Think it has to do with pulling your card after the transaction If you accidently bump the card it goes back in the machine I think
