  1. Yeah. But you would think they would want 600k THB and to have these people legitimately. I have no criminal record. Just a history of volunteer visa. I bought this from a proper agent during covid when the government had not announced any covid extension. Otherwise I would have been on overstay. It is what it is.
  2. No they gave no reason. Immigration just did not approve. I called elite and my lawyer they said it is likely due to having volunteer visa. Does not matter if you change passport. They did not check my passport. They check my record. I left Thailand last week. If anyone has any suggestions let me know. Thanks
  3. some companies offer a work permit and non b visa for people looking to stay longer in thailand
  4. Is a sponsored work permit a safe way to live in thailand legally?
  5. I would not recommend the volunteer visa. It will give you many problems. The ed visa can be problematic also unless u actually study or can prove it. Maybe a covid extension or border run is more suitable.
  6. Last week I called them directly. I am now on a tourist visa and want to change here. Before that I had volunteer.
  7. I have the same situation. I called Elite and they said if you had volunteer before then you cannot get the elite. Even with new passport because it's in the database. However I heard from people in same situation who got the elite. The went back home and got a new passport first.
  8. If I get this extension at Phuket. Then leave through Phuket in September will the immigration staff at the airport give me any problems?
