Chatuchak SG Pte Ltd is an events company based in Singapore. Every year, we conduct the Chatuchak Night Market Singapore where we bring over 100 Thai merchants to join our event. We are looking for an Event Leasing Executive based in Bangkok, Thailand to join our team. Job Description
Assist to identify and reach out to suitable merchants in Thailand to join our event in Singapore
Coordinate physical and virtual meetings
Conduct presentation to potential merchants and sponsors
Assist in preparing and translating documents, forms, presentation decks etc from English to Thai
Liaise with merchants, vendors, agents, sponsors and government agencies
Collect and update merchant information into CRM
Assist in preparing invoices and payment collection
Create and manage communication channels with merchants using Line, Telegram, Email etc
Keep track of vendor registrations and update progress reports on a periodic basis
Ensure targets and KPIs are met
Collaborate with other team members in Singapore and Thailand
Travel may be required when the event commence
Job Requirements
Outgoing and firm personality, able to communicate with people from various walks of life and yet able to be handle pressure from external parties
Good command of spoken and written English
Familiar with using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint as well as cloud based software like CRM, Invoice, Email
Familiar with using communications and social media tools like Line, Whatsapp, Telegram, Tiktok, Facebook, IG etc
Able to work independently without supervision
Basic understanding of business concepts and objectives
Work from home except for physical meetings
Remuneration
Basic Salary: 20,000 - 35,000 THB (commensurate with experience)
Travel and Accommodation Reimbursement
Transportation Allowance (If Candidate possess a car)
Attractive Project Success Bonuses (Up to 250,000 THB per year)
Able to work independently without supervision
Basic understanding of business concepts and objectives
Work from home except for physical meetings
