Non O retirement extension paperwork
They do keep it. All of it. Most likely locally as I have heard from immigration volunteers that have seen rooms full of the boxes and them moving them in and out. Also anecdotes about them having files and being able to show things from multiple years prior. I think it's safe to say the Thai government spends a lot of money on warehouses for literal mountains of paper, since they seem to love it so much.

I need names of visa agents in Pattaya
They don't need to keep up to date on developments, because they are paying to bypass them 🤣

I see Tik Tok talked about a lot on Facebook.

What's the latest on the TM6 and ETA online forms?
If there have been any updates you would have seen them on the news.

Taking girlfriend's Thai kids to Australia
First thing is first, you'll have to get the children passports. That requires approval of both parents along with required signed forms and other things. Your girlfriend should be able to find the information about that in Thai language fairly easily.

DTV vs Non-O
If you plan on switching back to work permit in less than a year, don't waste the time and money to apply for the DTV now. Just work remotely as you are currently doing and switch once you get the BOI company setup.

Onward Travel tickets.....Qatar Airways
The legal requirements to enter as a tourist do not change just because you have a visa. You can still be asked for proof of onward travel, and immigration can still ask for the same 3 proofs as someone entering as a visa exempt. Tourist is tourist.

Onward Travel tickets.....Qatar Airways
Assume they booked the onward ticket to submit as part of the tourist visa application, and then tried to use the same one at the airport. Should have purchased a new one, or had the purchase of a new one on stand-by for check-in.

Advice on doing a border run
It doesn't matter how many days you have left because when you leave Thailand your entry stamp is invalid as of the moment you cross the passport gate.

Where are the "eVisa" processed?
There are 3 "retirement" visas that I can think of off the top of my head, and there are possibly more. Just because that's the first one you found, doesn't make it THE retirement visa.

O-marriage application - proving singe status?
They're about the most complicated extension that can be applied for. The local offices are not even allowed to approve them and they have to be sent to a higher level office for approval, hence the "under consideration" period for marriage extensions. They often try to push people over 50 onto retirement extensions once they hit that age.

Where are the "eVisa" processed?
It would help if you did the research to determine that the entire premise of this post is incorrect. E-visa is standardized across the world. The non-O is available in Spain, as it is available everywhere else.

onward ticket
I haven't previously heard of anyone needing a 4th flight ticket to show leaving Thailand. They've just needed the 3 tickets proving they need to "enter" Thailand multiple times.

Nonthaburi Immigration - Yearly Extension Report
There's not anything particularly special about such a case. You simply apply for extension based on marriage to Thai instead of work. You just need to get the requirements for an extension based on marriage so you make sure you can meet those requirements when you apply. They may require you to formally "cancel" your work extension when it runs out, but they also might just let you apply for the new extension directly without doing so. That would be the question you would need clarification on from the immigration office. But the actual application is normal.

DTV application: Should I mention I have a wife, kids and house?
There is no DTV qualification for visiting family. It's completely unrelated to your application, and cannot help it. If it cannot help, the only thing it can do is hurt it.

LTR holders applying for credit cards
When I asked Kasikorn Bank about a credit card, the minimum deposit for a secured credit card was only 50,000 baht. You might want to try some other banks and ask about secured credit cards rather than unsecured. You have no chance of getting an unsecured credit card without both a work permit and at least 6 months of pay slips.

Complain message: ATTN: Thai Govt.
What you don't understand is that it's working as intended. Foreign embassies are for you to get a visa at home before you travel to another country. For someone that lives in Malaysia they would plan ahead and live their daily life while waiting for the visa so it's no problem. The embassies have grown wary of foreigners using the Thai embassies in SE Asia to try and live in Thailand and not do things the normal way. They've purposely made the processing times long to dissuade this behavior and make it difficult and inconvenient. It seems it's working on you, but not enough to prevent you from applying in the first place.

ETA
They already specifically said that the ETA (if it ever happens) will be used to allow people previously approved to use automatic gates. The entire purpose of ETA is to standardize the process so it's not at the discretion of the immigration officers anymore.

onward ticket
Validity is more important for the airline than immigration. But what kind of travel are you doing that will take more than 48 hours so it's valid for both? I thought the 30 hour trips from the US were bad... Realistically neither will check it. If they ask for it they will glance at it and accept it at face value.

Thailand Visa Exemption (60 days) and Visa On Arrival (VOA) (15 days)
What would agents have to do with anything? There are legal requirements to enter as a tourist. Just because you aren't asked doesn't mean some people aren't. Especially if they are looking for an easy reason to deny you entry, those legal requirements are the first thing they are going to ask for.

Complain message: ATTN: Thai Govt.
Most of the Thai embassies in SE Asia specifically state that processing time for e-visa is 10-15 business days. So that could be 2-3 weeks, longer if there are any holidays in there. When doing official business, always take the greatest estimate provided by the entity, and then add a few days to account for any complications. Also, if there are any issues in your submission and they contact you to get additional information, that usually starts the timer over again.

onward ticket
When you select "multiple" there's a little warning that says you need to justify the multiple entries. It has been reported from many embassies that means you must show a flight into Thailand, a flight out of Thailand within 60 days, and then another flight into Thailand. This shows the reason you need multiple entries. Without showing the intent to enter multiple times, the embassy might instead issue a single entry visa and you would lose the difference in price. Normally don't need to show a 2nd exit, just 2 entries.
