These are baseless accusations by Israel, a terrorist state repeatedly caught lying to justify its crimes. Hospital closure claim: A complete fabrication. Nasser Hospital never “closed” because of some so-called firefight between factions. That’s an Israeli invention, repeated to confuse the public. Medical supplies claim: The reason hospitals lack supplies is Israel’s own blockade and constant targeting of infrastructure. Everyone knows this. To twist it into a Hamas “excuse” is dishonest and insulting. Hamas activity claim: Yet again, Israel offers no proof - only propaganda. If they had real evidence, they would show it. Instead, they rely on repetition and smears, because facts are not on their side. These are lies designed to cover up Israel’s deliberate destruction of Gaza’s health system.
