  1. I think I am wasting my time - actually I know I am. Have a great day/life.
  2. The board members will be deported if they do illegal things in Thailand or overstay their Visa. Talking out loud in the library and chewing gum in class are not crimes.
  3. Interesting views. There is no doubt that the US Republic is not what it once was. But I dont put that all on Trump - that all started under Clinton. I cannot find the picture anymore, but up until Clinton was impeached the GOP and Dems voted bipartisan on 70+% of issues debated. Since then it has dropped dramatically - under both Bushes and Obama and Trump1 and Biden. The two political Parties in USA are basically at war with each other and I agree with you that is affecting the People badly. However, he did not invade a country. He executed a warrant that was enacted by Biden after a grand jury indicted him and Biden removed Maduro's status as a legitimate Head of Government. Likewise, he has used all military forces legally under his rights as per the Constitution. The issue of killing narco-terrorists in open waters and detaining ships suspected of criminal activity damaging USA' interests, is also OK under his powers as the President. Besides, do you really think that if guilty of those acts that the narcos would obey a warrant? And how would you serve that warrant - the US does not have a boat/ship that is fast and nimble enough to even catch up to the narcos.
  4. The only vids I have seen show her moving towards and starting to open the door - I assumed she got in. On other vids she is clearly calling to her to 'go'.
  5. I am not sure that is the case. I think that he will be tried in Court for 'wrongful death'. It would be a wise thing to do - politically and personally. If he is found guilty, then the following civil case will be quick. If he is found not guilty, any civil trial will have far less 'standing'.
  6. Try reading it all again. The issue is 'checks and balances'. The President runs the country - the checks and balances are the Courts and House and Senate. Trump's agenda has been slowed in Court, but if I recall he has won nearly all of those on Appeal. I also believe a certain Judge is being invested and will probably be impeached for deliberate political interference. If I was to say what was Trump's agenda overall - I would say it is to 'Drain the Swamp' and he is going to go full bore ahead with that agenda. Checks and balances are a given - he is not a Dictator.
  7. She took off without her partner? That makes it clear she was instructed to 'take off' and she did so. Having a camera in his hand and having been previously rammed and dragged under a car would not have helped. All tragic circumstances that should never have happenned.
  8. Perhaps - that is something that will come out during the investigation and at the trial. If you watch the last video I posted, he was clearly limping a bit on his leg for a few steps afterwards - that to me means he was mentally 'feeling' that incident where he was rammed and dragged in the past. Tragic and sad - it should never have happened either was the decision goes. But to say he committed murder is an atrocity - he was scared for his life and reacted - there was clearly no intent to murder.
  9. This is a pretty fair and honest summary of what happened. Was it a reasonable thing to do - TBD. Body footage released is the headline - same thing for many other vids I have seen. That the medal used incorrect headlines - I will accept that is a common thing they do. If he was holding a phone that is a cause for concern for sure. Either way the matter will be decided in Court. Bodycam footage released showing last moments of woman killed by ICE officer in Minneapolis
  10. Because that is what the President does - he does not need House or Senate approval to remove all illegals from USA, to crack down on all the Government waste and Democrat fraud, nor to conduct military operations as required, or to conduct his affairs with regards to international matters, or any other policy he made in the election campaign. For context please learn some history - Obama was the first President to use EOs and Dept Directives extensively - because he had a hostile House and Senate to deal with. That is what President can do under their powers under the Constitution. What that means is that their EOs and Directives only remain valid/active while they are President, or are overturned by another President. Example - Trump wants election fraud to be reduced dramatically - he has passed an EO in that regards - but whilst that applies under his authority to Govt Agencies etc. it does not have full authority in all States. That requires the House and Senate to pass an Act/Law enforcing that requirement for Federal Elections - the House has but the Senate filibuster is stopping it.
  11. There is so much derangement in that statement that I fear for your mental stability. Maduro is the tyrannical dictator that killed people - Trump is just a politician that you hate.
  12. The camera was his body camera that they all wear. Clearly you know nothing about these things JD makes sense - the Officer reacted thinking his life was in serious danger. But if she had obeyed lawful directions and has not undertaken illegal acts that would not have happenned. This is a good chance for you to 'correct' your thinking. JD said -"a little bit sensitive about somebody ramming him with an automobile," Meaning not that he was rammed, but he was fearful of (again) being rammed. You have cognitive bias - you hear and see what supports your bias. I am not saying to change your political bias - but you should be aware it is very easy to see everything from only one perspective.
  13. Google - No, the U.S. President does not hold dictatorial powers; the United States remains a democracy with established constitutional checks and balances that limit executive authority. The system is designed to prevent any single person from becoming a dictator. The U.S. Constitution and its institutions (Congress, the judiciary, a free press, and a strong federal system) provide multiple "veto points" that make it difficult for one leader to dismantle democratic norms entirely. The judiciary can declare presidential actions unconstitutional, and Congress has the power to legislate and, if necessary, impeach the president. However, there is an ongoing political debate and significant concern among some political scientists, legal experts, and critics that the presidency is exhibiting increasingly authoritarian characteristics or moving towards a form of "authoritarianism" or "autocracy". These concerns stem from: Expansion of executive power: Some argue that presidential power has expanded significantly due to congressional dysfunction and the increased use of executive orders. Rhetoric and norms: Concerns are frequently raised about a president who challenges or ignores constitutional restrictions that previous leaders respected, attacks the press and judiciary, and discusses using the military domestically or pursuing political opponents. Erosion of norms: The stability of American democracy relies heavily on unwritten norms and traditions (such as the independence of the Department of Justice). When these norms are challenged, it can weaken the overall system. Despite these concerns and rhetoric, the formal structure of a dictatorship, where one person has absolute power and elections are not free or fair, does not currently exist in the U.S.. The debate focuses on whether the country is on a path toward a potential future breakdown of democratic institutions.
  14. That does not prove the election result was not dubious. In a Court of Law there are many reasons cases are dismissed or found 'not guilty' - that does not mean innocent. Please allow me to educate you - it is not possible to prove how any person voted or did not vote, nor how any group voted or did not vote. Therefore, proving the result was right or wrong is not possible - it was accepted and certified and that is that. But it can often be proven that people committed election fraud. Keep watching the media - I suggest you try X and not so much CNN - there are stories and reports developing every day/week about election fraud. No - the result is locked in and done and will not be changed. BUT there are now ongoing investigations that are revealing clear and obvious fraud was committed - Biden's Admin did not investigate anything - they did not want to for obvious reasons. Join me on X and see the truth. Or ask Grok and not just Google. Or read Grokipedia not just Wikipedia. It is all there - all you have to do is come and join us.
  15. Before I forgot my email - or before I left many years ago - or before I came back when George returned - or before I was unable to stand having to listen to people like you and took a hiatus?
  16. I think you have some very weird views on American politics and the form of Government. Try Googling it and find out how the US Federal Government system works. Note - unlike other countries the President of USA has broad sweeping powers to run the country. Many countries (like UK and Australia etc) do not have a President - very different Government systems.
  17. Total rubbish and heresay. I recall Trump and Musk clearly stating to deport all illegals - millions and millions. I understand you did not listen to him much in the campaign - but he did say that many many times. Approval ratings of Government Law Enforcement (any Agency) is totally irrelevant - they are not elected - also total rubbish to think it means anything.
  18. You know very well that statement she made is out of context - assuming you have watched all the videos. Her partner was on the other side and outside the car and they were refusing to move their vehicle and had been deliberately blocking them all day. The Officer who fired was in front of the vehicle at the time, and there were several other Officers involved in trying to get her to move the car. When her partner got back into the car she told the woman to 'drive drive drive'. Meanwhile the Officer in front had said 'Right - Get out of the vehicle'. I am not sure whether he pulled his gun when saying that (probably did). She then accelerated her car in his direction (as directed by her partner). Although we can see in the videos from other positions that she also started to turn the wheel - from his position directly in front of her, the wheels turning would not have been visible - all he would have seen is the car moving forward towards him. Tragic and so unnecessary - and caused by the Dems calling for the continued harassment and threats made against the ICE Officers. Also caused because ICE and local police had not been aggressive enough in arresting people who were blocking and threatening ICE Officers. Now made worse by the subsequent headlines and stories from liberal media like CNN.
  19. Yes - you could be right - the midterms usually go against the sitting party - people with a negative view are more motivated to get out and vote. There are a few GOP Senators that could be primaried too - RINOs who refuse to remove the filibuster and thereby pass the House approved Law to enforce voting only for Citizens with ID - and a few other Laws. Their failure to act is giving a lot of GOP supporters less reason to vote in November. But there is still time - 10 months is a very very long time in politics. Either way it goes, Trump and his Team are going full bore ahead - they will continue to run the country using EOs and other Departmental directives and actions. One thing the Dems dont want the People to know - the President runs the country - not the House and the Senate who are there to propose and pass new Laws - not to run the country.
  20. Deflection and Avoidance. You think they should only arrest and deport those convicted of serious crimes? ICE are detaining and deporting all illegal criminals - meaning anyone who illegally entered USA. I thin k their name should make that clear - United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The fact that many of them are serous criminals is only a bonus. Trump and the GOP campaigned on doing exactly that. 'The biggest ever - it is going to be huuuuge' - or words to that effect.
  21. I meant what is your definition - obviously. As far as I am aware there is no official crime type that is called heinous in USA - or anywhere else.
  22. Not really - the people more willing to respond are those with negative views - always the case in mid terms too. Many are responding to the current negative issues - it is normal political cycle. The only Poll that counts is the Election in November 2027 - in which Trump will (probably) not be participating. If you think Trump and his Team are in anyway concerned, or thinking they will change their policies because of Polls, you are very much mistaken. Some GOP Members and Senators might think that way, but the Trump Team is going full bore ahead until January 2028 - at least.
  23. Define heinous. They have all committed a federal crime.
  24. I only use stand alone applications on my Win 7 and Win 10 laptops. IMO that is the best way to use windows - no reliance on their servers. I use all emails and apps from an Office 2016 application. Yes I back up manually every week - does not take long at all - and I have the backups myself - no relying 100% on MSoft. I have seen a lot of people trying Linux and struggling. It is not something for a newbie and requires constant ongoing tweaking as things stop working now and then - especially other apps which get updated and then no longer work properly on a Linux machine. Linux seems great for a gaming machine, or for a machine only being used for specific applications - video stuff maybe - but not for MSoft stuff and Google based things etc etc.
