So I think it best that you link to where you did it, so there is no chance of me not referring to the correct post. So please...link to where you brought up the BBQ grills at Mu Khrata, the ceramic pots...any of those things. I remember distinctly that you were arguing that Mu Khrata didn't have BBQ. Now you are pretending that you knew it all along. You are weird. 😊 You don't tell the truth. Prove it. Show us that you posted about all of those styles that you describe, BEFORE I had to point them out to you. As an aside, if you have all those 'styles' available to you, why have you not created some barbecued meats to show them how it's done?

That only a particular American modern design of BBQ fits your description of traditional, when in fact it is the very opposite of traditional. That's your issue.
