Few people are going to buy that expensive iteration of BBQ grill. The TRADITIONAL way is to obtain something fit for purpose. Live in a tourist area and almost every day, outside a bar celebrating a birthday or some such, there will be a modified oil drum roasting a whole pig. But in your mind, BBQ is solely created by the kind of modern device that you pictured.
