Please post how long it took you to obtain your COE and which consulate or embassy you used to apply for it. 

I applied for my COE online through the Washington DC embassy on Jan 1 and my application is still waiting for approval. 

I wonder if there is anyone in the US who has actually received a COE this month. Still waiting for mine over 2 weeks now. 

Go to Google and type in "Rt-pcr test near me" and you may be surprised.

My results showed me the closest lab was only 5 minutes away. 

They sent me no link for the download of COE. I am waiting to see if there is a follow-up email containing the link. Meanwhile, I am occasionally checking the status page to see if my information re-materializes. 

I got an email from Thai embassy DC telling me my COE application was approved. Now, whenever I check the status of my COE, they tell me that no information was found. 

It does mention proof of onward travel on this page:

Some go beyond February.

I would look for flights that show the final leg into Thailand corresponding with one of the flights shown on the semi-commercial list linked to previously. 

I searched and found such flights using a conventional flight search. (via a Delta-Korean AL connection) However, yours does not seem to match the JAL flight into BKK as shown on the semi-commercial list, but your February flight may fall outside of the scope of the list as currently shown. 

Are the "repatriation" flights the only way to enter Thailand by air now?

If you want the one with the best handling, then you have to buy the NMax.

Go rent them both and find out for yourself.
