Gawd you got some imagination.
You just like the rest of us do not know if they shouted police or not, so stop trying to defend them.
Clearly the Chinese man was not an innocent person, but the police acted like gangsters, not like they should have done.
Then what can you expect from the police farce here.
Anyone could shout "police!". I can see the Chinese throwing that one in.

Looking closely at the photographs on the OP, I just love the "Shaun the Sheep" tee shirt!
Has the fellow no idea of dressing respectfully when interacting with Thai officials?????
That's just great - superb!
I didn't notice it, but I think he extends to them the respect they deserve.

I'd rather see the inspection by AstraZeneca themselves.
Or are they directly overseeing production and QC?

This is the first time I've heard about this version.
I can't see a release date, but there's a wiki entry about it here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thirteen_Lives

The Ivermectineers will be all over this.
Tomorrow perhaps our frog-kissing illustrious leader might be promoting another natural remedy involving 'Eye of newt, and toe of frog, Wool of bat, and tongue of dog, Adder's fork, and blind-worm's sting'.
I'm sure Shakespeare wouldn't object.

Charges for stationary vehicles range from 3 baht to 10 baht per minute for small and large vehicles respectively.
Does this mean the vehicles will need a taxi-type meter fitting? Or is there an App that will allow for traffic jams, as per the cost above?
I've never used one of these services so I don't know.

I've just finished watching the complete series of The Pact (2021) from the BBC. I had to binge-watch it, couldn't leave it alone.
Billed on IMDB as a thriller, the acting was excellent. It was full of suspense right until the last minute.
There were more twists and turns than a Thai government vaccination policy.
It's the most powerful series I've seen in a long time, I'm willing to admit the end moved me to tears.- 5

the lack of mention of the unfolding vaccine fiasco is conspicuous to say the least and best not go near the catastrophic road casualty figures which have certainly not improved the last 7 yrs ..
'the Prayuth and Prawit fan club'
Are you sure you don't mean the Pinky & Perky fan club?

Anutin confirms AstraZeneca jabs to arrive in June
in Thailand News
Posted
Although to quote the link:
"Anutin said he had met Pfizer representatives on Thursday to negotiate the purchase of the vaccines. Pfizer said it was ready to supply 10 million doses to Thailand but was unable to give a timeframe for delivery."
So although they appear willing to sell, they have no idea of when it might be.
