  1. We have used Enfalac A+ since birth as it was what they started her on at the hospital and we saw no reason to change. She just reached 1 year old and we asked to doc about changing and he said apart from the prices there isn't a lot of difference. We stuck with enfalac as it has never given her any trouble.

  2. It has been a few years since our last UK visit visa application and at the time we lived in Bangkok so went to pick up the visa personally.

I can't remember if we picked up the application pack at the same time.

We will visit Bangkok for a couple of days to do this application but hope they can send the visa ans passport to us via post.

The issue is that with all the required documents the pack is quite heavy. Will they have to send that plus all original documents such as birth certificates and passports via post or are these returned at vfs during the appointment?

    Thanks.

  3. I got a 6.5kw honda petrol genny. Wired into my house with transfer switch. Cost approximately 700, 000 baht. Money well spent.

THB 700k = diamond studded and gasoline tank 18k gold? huh.png
As already stated it was a typo. Try reading the whole thread perhaps?

why should i? if i'd read every thread from the beginning i'd had no time left for anything else.
Never mind. I'm not going to spoil a valuable thread sparring with the likes of you.

  5. On mine I run everything in the house except my 7kw water heater which we don't really need anyway. I just make sure I don't have more than 1 a/c unit running at the same time. The only down side is knowing when the power comes back on but that's a minor inconvenience.

U got the right number of zeros there TR, that's $23,000 I would be expecting a silent diesel set for that sort of cash?

Ha ha, well spotted. It was 70,000.
  7. It is called a galaxy. Same box as the original. But build quality, display etc are all very poor. The spaekers are awful. But then we fully expect the kid to destroy ot anyway lol.

I really wouldn't recommend it for an adult.

  8. Seems off to a slow start this year. No reports of activity yesterday. .

Actually we went to central world yesterday and it had started at 1500 ish they were doing it outside the beer bars. Mainly bar girls and customers though. The general population didn't seem interested.

  9. We just got one of those copy samsung galaxy tab 5 for the kid to abuse. Cost about 2000 baht and as expected is absolute garbage. I would get a genuine galaxy tab 2 or 3 in 7 or 8 inch. I brought a second hand one for leaving at work and it's great.
