Seems one rule for one and one rule for another in Thailand. 

Not sure of this case but my wife is allowing my son to stay with her and not send him despite me insisting she sends him back as I have sole custody and she has none at all and I have been down the police station many times and they basically laughed at me.

When I read stuff like this I like to view it from other people perspective like my wife, kids etc and it's scary as they vunerbale.

Like I said his actions were wrong the bigger picture is vulnerability, we all mess up now again and yes pay the consiquences but it's a bit extreme. 

The Thai guy who kicked the crap out of a couple of pensioners and knocked the lady out in Hua Hin got a 500 baht fine and had to say sorry 

While his actions are completely OTT it shows how vulnerable we all are living here if the powers to be want to revoke a visa for something like this just because of peer pressure. 

I have 2 children and 1 that I'm the sole custodian, does that mean I do anything wrong they can throw me out of the country with a possible ban for small stuff?
