The parachute in the photos of the body is a blue or purple. The open one is green. Probably a stock photo used for the story. The media should make note of that but they often do not.
In fairness the Thai banks, green and blue, have their stuff together. Apps and online work pretty darn well. Government, well... I agree with you there.
