Saw the video of this one, quite horrific the guy was in a lot of pain, they pulled him out and then brought the bottom part of his leg out in a plastic bag!

That is the new terminal 3 at U-tapau which has apparently been given the go ahead and will start soon.
And there is a development plan for a smart city, but it does not seem to be where they depict on that picture. It is in an area loosely bounded by Phala and Payoon roads easy and west, and the railway line and the beach north and south, but this shows directly adjacent to the new terminal 3., watch this space i guess!

It clearly demonstrates the mindset - rain fault not me!
I wonder if he will look back at written news reports and think to himself " oh i was a right <deleted> for saying the rain was at fault" but i guess not!
