I bank with Krung Thai and have their banking app. To purchase GLO tickets via their app, you also need to download the Paotang app. To then register with the Paotang app you need a Thai ID. It doesn't automatically link your KTB account and doesn't accept Pink ID cards or passports for registration. Hopefully they will update and change this in the future, so that foreigners can purchase online.
