  1. I was given 10 days supply of favinopavir by my local government hospital 12 tablets 2 times a day, as far as I understand it government hospitals do not charge for covid treatment.
  2. A lot depends on the Hospital, myself (British) and my wife Thai both tested positive back in November. We first went to a local health center and then to the local hospital in the town (Huai Yot, Trang). The local health center gave us some food supplies (rice, noodles, bottled water and a tray of eggs). At the local hospital we were tested again (positive again), by this time I had a mild cough and so did my wife. All our vitals were taken and we were given 2 packs - one containing various drugs and another that had a digital thermometer, blood oxygen testing device, masks etc. My wife talked with the doctor and she agreed to let us isolate at home, so basically we just stayed in one bedroom for 10 days, thankfully my wife's family and friends brought us food every day. I did not pay a single baht and everyone was very helpful, we had various symptoms including headaches, fever and general tiredness. Probably the worst one was the loss of smell and taste, made me lose interest in food. Someone from the hospital called us 2 times to day check our progress.
