sanmyintmaung replied to BobBKK's topic in Cryptocurrency News
I can also confirm that Bitkub has accepted my KYC documents recently and upgraded me to Level 1. In addition to document upload, Bitkub KYC team also called me in Google Meet to do the verification interview before upgrading me to Level 1. -

Borrowing from a Thai bank
sanmyintmaung replied to gascooker's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
This post is the most accurate reply to the OP questions. Since OP has work permit, unsecured Thai credit card is the way to build credit history in Thailand. -
I understand SSO card is written in Thai language only. It must be hard to convince the check-in staff at the foreign country airport to let you board the plane to Thailand by showing the SSO card which they cannot read in lieu of mandatory Covid insurance.

Entering Thailand with a Covid-19 recovery certificate
sanmyintmaung replied to bungalow1969's topic in COVID-19 Coronavirus
If your day 1 test result is positive, you can still challenge the result by producing the covid recovery certificate. I know a guy who was tested positive on day 1 in Thailand but he has covid recovery certificate and asked for second test. The lab agreed to check again and found that virus is present but inactive. He was given updated certificate of PCR test (negative) and allowed to check-out of the hotel. -
That mortality rate seems quite high. It suggests to me that there is a massive undercount of confirmed cases. it's likely well over 100,000. Actually, mortality rate in Thailand is lower than US. US Covid deaths in the period from Dec. 19 to Jan. 15, when Omicron infections were at a peak, averaged 9 per 1,000 COVID cases (0.9% Mortality rate). https://www.reuters.com/world/us/covid-is-less-severe-with-omicron-than-delta-us-study-suggests-2022-01-25/

Mor Chana still orange after Day 5 test
sanmyintmaung replied to Polar Bear's topic in COVID-19 Coronavirus
On Day 7, I received the notification in Morchana to upload my second RT-PCR results. When I uploaded the second RT-PCR result to the link provided in Morchana notification, my QR in the app become green and status become "very low risk".
