The map is slightly misleading it gives the storm shadow a range of 155 miles that is from when it is released from the aircraft so if the aircraft flew 100 miles inside Russia it would give it an effective range of 255 miles from Ukraine and so on. If Germany ever supplies the Taurus it has an even longer range and is more powerful. Thats a different question altogether I was simply stating the lifelong hatred I would feel against Israel and Israeli’s if I lived in Gaza and my family especially if it was my children wife siblings or parents were being killed or starved. As to your question I don’t think anyone would deny Israel has the the right to attack Hamas and hopefully destroy them completely. What I disagree with is the way and vastly disproportionate way they are doing it, to attack and destroy Hamas is one thing to kill maim and starve innocent people and children is another thing altogether. The last figures I have seen were more than 53,000 killed and 122,000 wounded mostly innocent women and children (one report recently stating more than 61,700, saying thousands of people missing under the rubble are presumed dead) There are about 2 million people in Gaza starving because of Israel's actions and them stopping all aid food and medicine from entering that must be a war crime. To bomb and destroy a hospital school or apartment block with hundreds of innocent people and children in it just because there is one or even a dozen of Hamas in or below it (another war crime) is abhorrent and despicable, obviously the Israeli’s feel if they can kill one Hamas terrorist it doesn’t matter how many innocent Palestinian’s die. A bigger question that must be asked and a solution found is why Hamas even exists why they attacked Israel and how can a lasting solution be found and implemented. The hatred unfortunatly will take generations to disappear that does not mean a solution cannot be found for a start one thing I feel is all the Israeli settlers must be removed from the West Bank.

If I lived in Gaza and it was my family that was being killed or starved by Israel if I survived for the rest of my life there would be one thing on my mind ..........vengence revenge against Israel or even any Israeli I would go to any extreme even if it cost me my life. I feel sure there are many probably thousands in Gaza that feel exactly the same way.

Brexit is done finished it was very divisive now its time to move on make the most of it and try to repair the damage it has done. The Brexit vote whilst having a majority was far from decisive there are a lot of people now who feel they were conned.

Unfortunately and reluctantly I have to agree with you France and the UK could share the technology with other European countries without extending its nuclear protection but at what cost. I wonder just how many here have actually studied the real history of the second or even the first world wars instead of learning it from mostly Hollywood fictional films albeit based on actual events.

When I joined the British Army we were about 350,000 strong now it's lesss than a third of that in fact all three services are only about 180,000 successive governments have hollowed out all three services their always an easy target for cuts and cost savings until they are actually needed. The UK government now has stated an ambition to reach 3% of GDP in the next Parliament that is still far too low and late it needs to be now and at least 5%. I would also like to see some sort of conscription brought in even if it was only for say a choice of 6 months regular or 2 years reserve force It takes time to fully train men and a lot longer to build the ships planes tanks etc. and all the equipment they need. It's only through a position of strength we can deter aggression and maintain peace. I have one son in the Royal Navy and another in the Royal Marines so I admit to being biased, everyone apparently being expected to do more with less
