I did a trip to Melbourne mid December and came back late January. Made sure l had Morprom, vaccine certificate and yellow vaccine passport. To get into Australia all l really needed was the Thai Vaccine Certificate. Had to upload online to get Australian Travel Declaration prior to flying. Nothing more required. Later l took same Thai Certificate to a vaccination point in Melbourne, in my case a pharmacist, and they entered my two Thai Astrazenica shots into the Australian Medicare online system together with the Moderna booster that l got in Aust. All very easy and straight forward. Wish l could say same about trying to get Aust Moderna booster added to Thai Vaccine certificate and Morprom. Have tried to two local hospitals that are vaccination points and both say sorry, we don't recognise foreign vaccine certificates. Defies logic because Thailand accepted it to issue my Thai Pass before entering Phuket Sandbox in January. If anyone can tell me if they have successfully updated Thailand Vaccine records and how, l would be most appreciative

Returning in a hurry from Australia and have a couple of questions if someone could point me in right direction, please: 1. Suggestion for reasonably priced SHA Extra hotel in Phuket. Preferably with airport pickup and not too far from airport. Only staying Phuket because I have to. 2. I had read that the compulsory US $50,000 covid insurance was for the length of your stay in Thailand. Haven't got to that section yet but I had a practice run last week and the drop down box would only accept maximum 90 days? My stay will be until my non-o retirement visa is due for extension on June 28th. Very happy if 90 days is correct because 6 months insurance for a 74 yo is not too cheap. 3. My pickup is at my condo in Jomtien. Is flying to U tapao the best option to get there from Phuket? Any suggestions will very much appreciated.
