thanks, Bangrak is still good place for foreigners to register? (I heard other district offices has no idea about registering foreigners )

I am Thai PR, was married to Thai and Divorced (both marriage and divorce are registered in Bangkok). Now my fiance is also a foreigner living in Bangkok, if we have to register marriage in Bangkok, should I get bachelorhood certificate again from my Embassy? please advice

thanks, I did mention in application when asked to fill, and asked if any discount, but the guy said, no discounts, may be he is just staff, looking for direct contact who will handle this Hafu registration process

One of my friend said, if you have hafu kid (Thai and foreigner) you can get 50% discount in tuition fee in Berkeley international school. Any ideas how to get that channel of discount?
