How can I recover the data from a mobile phone?
KhunBENQ replied to up2you2's topic in Mobile Devices and Apps
Depending on how valuable the data is, he could look for a repair shop. They might have adapters to read the data from an otherwise "non working" phone. -
How can I recover the data from a mobile phone?
KhunBENQ replied to up2you2's topic in Mobile Devices and Apps
Doubt it. This is a thing of the past. All modern smartphones store contacts in the non volatile memory (NVRAM). All the pictures, videos etc are on the NVRAM too. Or in a separate memory card which would be easy to remove and read Cloud? Only if it has been configured to upload. I don't. -

? Only elected governor is in Bangkok, so no relation to Pattaya. Governors are hire and fire by interior ministry which is under supervision of the PM. And highest authority is someone else than PM. -

Just had a look at booking.com (29 to 4). Not seen that many booked places in central Pattaya in a long time. At one of places I was with about 5 guests during high Covid times -

Sounds like a good old analog TV antenna? Or do you mean a satellite dish? As far as I know analog TV has been ceased everywhere in Thailand. So either digital via DVB T2 or satellite. Both require a set-top box connected between dish/antenna and TV except some modern TVs have built in DVB or satellite tuners (which might explain why one works)

Last news says all rescued. Total 8 persons not 10 (no one reported missing). 10 was a guess from some video of the incident. One person seriously injured.

Do You Trust The Security Of Your Andriod Smart Phone?
KhunBENQ replied to connda's topic in Mobile Devices and Apps
One thing for sure: if your phone is hacked, planting a key(board)/screen logger you have a problem. This falls under the category of Android security. Worth using common sense when installing new stuff, doing scans with some security SW (I use Avira) and doing the updates. Still for Thai banking there is the OTP hurdle over the cellular network. Additionally banks send alerts via email. Helps to find suspicious activity. -

Haven't tried but I assume that there is lock after x failed attempts. My home country bank is very strict. After 3rd failed attempt I am out. Need postal mail with new data. -
Found two articles in Thai language. A paragraph run through Google translate: So again only a short strip of 64 km and if the translation is correct it will be completely one way alternately. Other motorways (M7, M9) toll-free. Errors excepted. Links to Thai articles per PM if desired.

It's called "Dinky's Sports Bar and Restaurant". Also has some rooms to rent upstairs (for those who love a quiet night ). The presence in the internet is quite poor so far. Mainly in a well known Pattaya forum. A screenshot: ("COCO" was formerly "Amon" which was next to Chow Soy)
