Half of students aged 13 to 15 worldwide – about 150 million – have experienced some form of violence at school, particularly bullying, according to Unicef.

A survey by the Mental Health Department has shown that about 600,000 Thai children are bullied at school, accounting for 40 per cent of all students and making Thailand No 2 in the world for the problem, behind Japan.

And 1 yr back a family experience of this with 7 yr old girl bullied every day by 4 boys. Total class size 30 students.

 

When the girl told her parents they quickly went to the school, headmistress refused to talk to them sending a message they should talk to the teacher.

 

School admin. said have to make an appointment 7 days ahead to talk to the teacher and up to the teacher whether she is willing to talk to you.....
