Yeah that cracked me up too, but later on they said;

Heat, alcohol, viagra and aerobic sexual activity might be occasionally fatal, but I'm sure long-term complications arising from venereal diseases have a far more profound effect on the farang population.

I haven't been there for some time as my financial situation has improved considerably since my teaching days and I can afford Spotlight, but from what I can remember, go to Nimmanhaemin Road and find soi 13, come back towards the old city until you get to a small intersection and turn right. There will be 3 or 4 houses on your left that used to be disguised as noodle stalls. You used to just walk in, but I'm sure that you can figure it out from there. The official Housewives Club used to be the third building and they have traditionally been the most farang freindly.

You can also do the same thing from closer to the Gad Suan Gow Shopping Center (Central) if you use Sirimangkalajarn Road.
