In France a fully grown adult can have consensual sex with a teen who is aged 15, the law allows it. In China a 14 year old can have sex with an adult. So the international community needs to chill down with all the fuss with 16 year olds having consensual sex with adults and notions can vary by law depending on which country. That means you would have to take every employee to the police station to have ID checked. I've never seen it done. But you are correct if a person actually did that it might work.
