BANGKOK(NNT) - The Prime Minister has confirmed that the easing or addition of social measures at present, is mainly for the safety and health of the people, calling on them to listen to accurate information from the Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) only.

Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha posted on Facebook a photo of a meeting with the heads of the centers under the CCSA and stated that he had approved the easing of some measures, and that the CCSA would announce them in detail to the public, confirming that the measures must be considered by all relevant sectors and take the safety and health of people into account.

The situation will be assessed carefully in order to issue additional measures in the next phase. He called on the public to listen only to accurate information from the CCSA in its daily statements, and avoid sharing information that has not been confirmed by the CCSA as it may be inaccurate and could cause public confusion.

Do you think he has been seeing the Phuket info, then the Pattaya info and all the other provinces info before his groups actual posting.  Better late than never, he sounds like a spoiled freaking baby...

Listen only to info from CCSA, is he serious?

Only thing comes out from them, is what is dictated to them by him and his cronies, not the truth about the situation.

They are the one's making the decisions (whether right or not). So do you have a better idea of who to listen too...the food cart lady, your neighbour, every poster on TV?

Be sensible, its not just you going thru this, so just go with the rules and regulationss, as and when they are reported.

Did the general leave a special CCSA phone number where he can be reached….or should we just use his regular mobile number?

Now what you are saying maybe good advice, but sarcastic and mocking comments directed at Prayut are simply symptomatic of a people who have lost faith in their leaders. And when people have more faith in the idle gossip of food cart ladies than the PM... Well, we are all in deep ****... together.

Private Prayut has become a big disappointment.
