But no Canadians, Australians or New Zealanders?

Anyone with HM the Queen as their Head of State is okay, republicans who supposedly speak a form of English can take a hike. ????

35K in Bangkok?

Works out to be about 218 baht per hour (US $7.26/hour) for 40 hour standard week.

How much are you going to save for retirement on that gig?

Bangkok is a shell of it's former self.

I pity anyone that has to live there in all the pollution and traffic.

If you to live like a hermit in a one room flat and eat food off the street the rest of your life, there is your solution.

600 Baht for 2 hours = 300 Baht per hour!

If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. How can you build a professional organisation while paying a lousy salary? Offer more $$$, attract better teachers.

Actually, from what I have observed, the teachers getting paid better are just as bad but they are better at hiding it. I suppose the entire world is like that.
