Just received a message from Air Asia ,flights to Phuket from 1st July from 235 baht.

But only for "Big Members".

Not sure when big becomes not so big so probably won't be applying. Bit embarassing to get kicked back fo not being a "Big Member"!

Clearly shows Phuket authorities are living in a dream world.

Welcome to Phuket concentration camp holidays, plenty of activities for everyone, all closely monitored by the Phuket mafia.

Remember to stay within the prescribed guidelines, and your stay will be something for you to remember for your life time.????????????????????

tourists coming to the litterbox have to test negative 72 hr before their flight, and then negative again on arrival.

so if they get infected while here, that means they caught it from a dirty, infected, likely unvaccinated, thai.

that suggests that they should be tracking thais, not tourists

There lies the problem not enough Thai's have been vaccinated, and it's spreading I posted earlier 2 markets have been closed down where I live

What's the problem with tracking? Have you seen the police playing games on their phones at checkpoints? The tracking operatives will be in a darkened room watching soap operas or Pornhub on VPN and sending police to chase packs of soi dogs wearing tracker bracelets.

This is the least of their problems. The US just declared Thailand an area for their citizens to avoid due to CIVID and civil unrest.
