Following the addition of Argentina to the green list by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Argentinians can now travel to France regardless of their vaccination status.
Even if they are not vaccinated against COVID-19, visitors from countries on the green list are allowed to enter France for non-essential purposes.

In updating the list of green countries, the FMA also removed Bahrain and Singapore off the list, putting both countries in the amber category, which includes the majority of the world's countries.

As of October 26, the EU and Schengen Area countries, as well as the European microstates and the following third countries, are on the list of green countries: Australia, Argentina, Bahrain, Canada, Chile, Hong Kong, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, New Zealand, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, South Korea, Taiwan, Union of Comoros, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, and Vanuatu.

Vaccinated travellers from these countries can enter the country by presenting proof of vaccination as well as a sworn statement.
The latter is a declaration by the travellers that they have no COVID-19 symptoms and have not been in contact with a COVID-19 patient in the last two weeks.

Travellers from green nations who are not vaccinated or who do not meet the requirements to be recognised as vaccinated in France are subject to different entrance requirements.

"Unvaccinated travellers must submit documentation of a negative PCR or antigen test for Covid-19 done within 72 hours prior to departure for France," according to the MFA.

Vaccinated travellers from the countries on the amber list, of which Bahrein and Singapore are now members, can enter France without restriction by submitting proof of vaccination and a sworn statement.

In the meanwhile, travellers from Amber nations who have not been vaccinated against COVID-19 can only enter if they have documentation that they are visiting France for vital reasons.

They will also be required to carry a sworn statement, complete a COVID-19 test prior to their trip to France, and maybe do another antigen test after they arrive.
A seven-day quarantine period is also required.
