This week, cooler weather is forecasted in numerous regions of Laos, with temperatures dropping by up to 4 degrees.

The weather is predicted to be colder during the next several days, particularly in Laos' northern provinces, according to a notification published by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment's Department of Meteorology and Hydrology.

The study predicts lows of 7 degrees and highs of 31 degrees from November 24 to November 30.

Phongsaly, Houaphan, Xieng Khouang, and Xaysomboun provinces, among others, are expected to experience cold weather, with temperatures ranging from 7 to 24 degrees Celsius.

Cold weather has produced abrupt temperature swings in the northern provinces and highlands, as well as Xaysomboun and the Bolaven Plateau, which may be tough for youngsters and the elderly.

Temperatures throughout the center and southern parts of the country, including Vientiane and the northern provinces of Laos, will be higher during the day.

This week, Vientiane Capital will witness lows of 17 degrees and highs of up to 30 degrees.
