On Wednesday (April 6), 35 members of the Britain Brunei Business Forum (BBBF) attended a business discussion at the British High Commissioner's residence.

The discussion was part of a series of talks and events marking the 20th anniversary of the BBBF.

At the presentation themed 'Doing Business in Brunei Darussalam,' BBBF welcomed local businessman and Chairman of Asia Inc Forum Dato Timothy Ong as its notable speaker.

While greeting the speaker and the audience to the event, Deputy British High Commissioner to Brunei Darussalam Catherine Pochkhanavala-Cleeve praised Dato Ong for sharing his expertise and insights as a businessman in the Sultanate.

He discussed how businesses may prepare for a post-pandemic future, as well as the problems that will face them and how to adapt to change.

Siva Subramaniam, chair of the BBBF, praised Dato Ong for his insights and discussion, as well as the audience for their questions and involvement, and Allen Lai, Director Asean and Corporate Affairs at the UK-Asean Business Council, for moderating the event.
