There's a drain from the compressor that takes the excess water from the air, I don't see much water coming out, could this be blocked?

So quick to judge and with nothing to back it up. I've lived on the Darkside of Pats for 14 years, never had a problem, never had a break in. 99% of the people who live in this area are Thai, are they the kind of people you try and avoid?

I didn't mention crime.   I just can't restrict myself to not venturing out to all areas, where I live.  Thought I was self explanatory, simply too much of what I avoid in the whole amphur.

 

No daily headliners from the amphur I live in.  Only thing making the new here (On Topic of course) is the weather

any pipe from the compressor would not produce much if any water,   The water is produced in the evaporator (the component that is situated mounted indoors often wall mounted)  The water is produced as condensation when the warm air comes into contact with the cooling coils as the cooler air cannot hold as much moisture as warm air,  the same as the windows misting up when you take a hot bath or shower.

If the drainpipe was blocked you would eventually either notice water running down the wall inside from the evaporator or maybe even spitting out of the cool air outlet if it came into contact with the fan

Just had a look, no water, but the room is much colder, so worth the 500 baht to have cleaned.
