Ok, the next one was not for breakfast but the end of my Saturday lunch. 😉 Right now I have a goal to go down 10 kg more, so as long Im on keto, I will do the same as I did last time, and it paid off. Managed to keep my weight for many years, before I bulked up again this summer to gain som more muscle mass, but you also put on quit a bit fat as well at the same time. Anyway, food is one of the few things worth living for, so once and awhile, it is good to shape up, so you know when you are back, how good it really taste when you first allow you to let loose again. 1

My philosophy is slightly easier. If I am hungry and want to eat or drink something, and I can afford it, I eat and drink it. So, whenever I will die, I can assure myself that I had all the goodies I like. 1

Love cheesecake, and my wife makes a quite good cheesecake, as anything else we would normally dream about living remote in Thailand.
Hummin Posted November 24 Posted November 24 Last week's breakfest. Nice to have pics so I can order what I want. 1kg down as scheduled.

My 4 year old has more nuts than Nutella! 555 I seem to remember it's not really the perfect food. But then, when I was a kid, my parents didn't buy expensive food like Nutella. So, when I was a little older and could afford to buy it myself, I did exactly that. It tastes good! And that is important for me. All in all, I don't eat too much of it, so I am not really concerned. 2
OneMoreFarang Posted yesterday at 07:32 AM Posted yesterday at 07:32 AM Not the whole breakfast, but part of it. 😉 2

So far, I've found none up to snuff in Chiang Mai. The French toast at Route 66 used to be great. I would have said, worth a trip out there just for the French toast. Alas, recently declined -- maybe a new cook or something like that. Still, worth a try. Once. To see if it up to standard. Oh, and for French toast and pancakes at Route 66, B.Y.O.M.S. "Bring your own maple syrup". The syrup they serve is probably "Imperial" brand, (no need to add any additional slurs), maybe made in China, with who knows what chemicals and flavorings. But the French toast was really tasty. "Was". Don't know if will be again. Edited yesterday at 08:41 AM by Old Curmudgeon
Hummin Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago I have nothing to do with this business, but it is a great place 1 1/2 hour away from me, and when I'm craving some food, and need to give my wife a few days off, this is a great place to go in Isaan. They have great breakfest. Check them out, worth visiting. https://www.facebook.com/share/15MLRFwwMb/
Wrwest Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Slice of toast with slice of cheese, boiled egg, Oscar Meyer Wiener with a cup of coffee. Tomorrow, oatmeal with a banana and cup of coffee.
Presnock Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago I had my regular breadfast after fasting for 19 hours - base of "soaked (24 hours in almond milk and 2 tbspn of apple cider vinegar" oatmeal, blueberries, strawberries, mango, guava, papaya, tomato paste, flax seed meal, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, turmeric, black pepper, chili sauce, pumpkin seeds, walunts, almonds, fortified almond milke, probotic yogurt, one square of 75% dark chocolate, coffee, green tea, 1 kiwi and a banana. yes, I am full and as always wait 4 hours and eat a healthy lunch. Using this regime, since March, I have lost 3 inches off my waist and 8 pounds of useless weight ... I am 5 foot 8 and 1/2 inch and weight is 65 kilos. Plenty of energy all the time and feeling really great, possibly because I live in Paradise still. 2

Albo Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago (edited) I did another tomato onion swiss and sausage omelette. Yesterday. Today was oatmeal, raisin, banana with cinnamon Below is my lazy loaf. Beef pork meatloaf I add to anything for taste and or protein. Tastes better than it looks , but still just meatloaf. Better than processed meat. I keep it around for lazy meals M-F Edited 7 hours ago by Albo

We also spend a night once awhile be it on our way to Chiang Khan, or on our way back. Also good for a dytrip with her family just to enjoy the swimmingpool. Is that okay by you? 😁 We just have to appreciate what we have in our neighborhood, or? You should see where I lived in North Norway, 3 hours to closest liquor shop.

Plenty of booze flowing there. Cheers.
