Again, untrue. You can get vaccinated for Dengue. There are two approved vaccines, Qdenga and Dengvaxia. Dengvaxia is only recommended if you've already had Dengue, Qdenga can be taken whether you've had a previous infection or not. See info below. -

That's absolutely incorrect. Dengue is a virus, malaria is a parasite. The two have nothing in common except that they're spread by the same kind of vector, mosquitoes. Even then, they are spread by different species of mosquitoes. They're really nothing alike. -
