What are Pattaya councillors playing at? Week after week Pattaya traffic grinds to a halt due to some organised event. Today, because there were no Baht buses or passenger vans passing his school because they were catering to the Firework event I suppose, my grandson got home only due to the kindness of a friend's parent. Citizens of Pattaya and adjacent areas must be fed up with the continuous disruption to traffic because of these events. Just this week traffic was ground to a halt for ages because of a musical event held outside Nong Nook Gardens, blocking a main road. These events appear to be happening week after week. Give it a rest and think of the residents of the city.

Did the councilors mandate that baht buses, etc., were not to service the pupils of that school or was that a decision of the bus owners?   Perhaps the school should have warned parents and pupils of the possible inconvenience or maybe the parents should pay attention and be aware of events such as these and make the necessary arrangements for the proper care of their children?

At least the police continue to reaffirm that there is no prostitution at all in Pattaya. Cause for more celebrations and road closures!

It's a "world class tourist resort", that's what they're playing at.

"Family oriented holiday location".

Fair comment on the buses. But I doubt the school or parents would have been informed or even aware that its pupils would be affected, being outside Pattaya.

You really think this issue is only in Pattaya, or even Thailand?
