You pay first at most coffee shops and yes I got the wrong size or the wrong coffee enough times...lets face it you wake up the poor darlings when you walk up to the counter to order then they pull there face out of tic Tok with there mind still there, In AU you holding your phone during work hours and its not work related means a warning and eventually the sack.
