First of all, tables and chairs are western concepts that didn't exist traditionally in Thailand.

   I was talking about Westerners walking around and eating things like microwaved 7/11 meals or walking around shopping centres watching McDonald .

   I was suggesting that THEY sit down and eat their food .

I wasn't talking about Thai grandmothers sitting on the floor in the village

Here the facts:

The number of children killed by Israel in the Gaza conflict is higher than the number of children killed in the last four years in all conflicts worldwide.

And it is higher than the number of children killed within one year in any other conflict of this century.

“Gaza is once again the most dangerous place in the world to be a child”.

We were discussing the conflict in Gaza and in this context, it is the truth.
But you commented it out of context as if it was a general statement, which then would be wrong.
However, I'm happy that we finally agree that this claim in context with the Gaza conflict is true.
