    Start collecting a fee for touching Molly's breasts. Then start a rumour on social media that touching them increases libido and sexual prowess. Post testimonials about the effectiveness.

     

    That will bring in a lot of money for restoration of the statue and more.

     

    After a couple of previously infertile persons miraculously becoming fertile, without any plausible scientific reasons, the Vatican may even bestow sainthood on this legendary Molly.

    I think the real  glands were meant to  be handled !
