October 19, 2025Oct 19 Popular Post Notice there's no source posted above for where the OP's getting his misleading and likely false claims above re Tylenol. Tylenol / paracetamol is fine as long as you don't overdo the recommended dosage limits, or have some liver condition (including heavy alcohol use) that would complicate things. And only take it for as long as it's really needed, don't treat it like candy. The anti-vaxers these days, led by Donald Trump, are waging a war against Tylenol, falsely claiming its use by pregnant women is linked to autism in children, which numerous credible studies have shown that to be nonsense... But hey, that's what you get from Donald Trump and RFK Jr. You DON"T want to be getting your medical / health advice from that pair! Aspirin has its own risks... Look for your health guidance regarding Tylenol from credible, authoritative sources like WebMD or elsewhere. But certainly not from the unsourced claims in the OP's post. https://www.webmd.com/drugs/2/drug-7076/tylenol-oral/details https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paracetamol https://www.webmd.com/drugs/2/drug-1082-3/aspirin-oral/aspirin-oral/details https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aspirin
October 19, 2025Oct 19 Except aspirin thins blood to the extent that if you need an operation asap, you'll have to wait for a few days, then it may be too late. Aspirin is also much harder on the stomach. Maybe the best is to vary. Aspirin now and then, ibuprofen now and then, parecetamol now and then, kratom now and then ... Nothing, of course, beats never having been born.

October 19, 2025Oct 19 Related: Daily Use of Celecoxib General Safety Celecoxib, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), can be taken daily for certain conditions, but it is essential to follow your doctor's guidance. Long-term use may increase the risk of side effects, particularly related to heart and kidney health. Recommended Dosage Short-term Use: For acute pain or menstrual cramps, it is typically used for a few days. Long-term Use: For chronic conditions like arthritis, it may be prescribed for extended periods, but at the lowest effective dose. Risks of Daily Use Heart and Stroke Risks: Taking doses higher than 200 mg per day may increase the risk of serious heart and stroke-related side effects. Gastrointestinal Issues: There is a risk of stomach ulcers and bleeding, which can occur without warning. Monitoring Regular check-ups are recommended for those on long-term celecoxib therapy. Monitoring should include: Blood pressure checks Kidney and liver function tests Assessment for signs of gastrointestinal bleeding Conclusion While daily use of celecoxib can be safe under medical supervision, it is crucial to adhere to prescribed dosages and have regular health evaluations to minimize risks. The drug commonly called Aspirin is chemically acetylsalicylic acid (ASA). ASA was developed in the late 1800s as a synthetic derivative of a natural compound (salicylic acid) which itself came from plants. Therefore, ASA is a chemical drug, not simply the raw herb. I would argue that aspirin is less harmful than tylenol or paracetamol, so in case you need some pain relief it is a better choice. Note that you should not take aspirin (or any other pain-relief drug) daily, but only use it on an a temporary as needed basis. Also note that you can buy white willow bark extract on-line in Thailand which contains salicin and works similarly - albeit somewhat slower - than the chemical aspirin.
