What is it with these folks?

 

The rudeness seems only paralleled by that of the Russians...

 

They seem to think they own the place, despite only being here two weeks and spending their time solely with other Indians.

 

However, indians in india don't behave this way.

There is a stark contrast and would love some insight into why the huge difference in behavior.

Not just here, everywhere.

They took ownership of the Sydney Cricket Ground last night (Australia v India, cricket match). Full house and not a single non-Indian in the joint.

I can only speak for here and India.

 

I have engaged with Indians in both countries and they are worlds apart.

Are you trying a new angle, stirring up racist hate for Indians? Ok, Indians are very bad. Let's all  point, condemn and offer petty insults. Who is next? Tasmanians, or perhaps Hondurans?
