You can find the neoprene coolers at Hot Wave Wetuits in Chalong close to the pier. They also do the artwork etc for ads.

Best I had before was from Haad Yai and was 80 ish baht.. Not a hope !!!

The hard foam and sticker ones could be done for a few baht each.. Foam purchase and then have the sticker printed.. Employ someone (or a few) to sit there for days applying them..

its much cheaper for bulk orders such as a 10k run of coolers to have them done at a factory in China or similar even factoring in the shipping costs.

Hot Wave are a bit of a joke when tit comes to large runs and how much they think they should charge etc, but then its their business so.......

anyway - check out neoprene products on alibaba

once you find a supplier that you can agree on costs with email them your logo, transfer the cash and a few weeks later the goods will arrive

you gotta try P & P Poly Products in Chiang Mai. not sure if they do neoprene ones, but you could try them anyway.
