During my recent trip, I couldn't help but noticed that the 2 shops over at the Cambodian border were overwhelmed with "Spanish fly", "Viagra" and "Ciallis"

I've always thought Spanish fly was something like a myth. Cambodia ? That's strange.

Strange? Cambodian border = Thai border runners = inadequates looking for drugs = business.

But the best bit is, they get back to their teeraks and find out it doesn't work. :o

Spanish Fly is actually used by horse breeders, it stimulates the reproductive organs, but is not called "Spanish Fly" per say, not sure of the chemical name.

Cantharides. It apparently works, but is dose-sensitive and dangerous for humans.

Dangerous ? I thought so too, but the two shops at Cambodian border are selling a massive variety of Spanish Fly together with condoms and the likes.

And I'm wondering if the Viagras on the shelf are genuine stuff, given that the shops are not even pharmacy to begin with.
