You better turn around and head for Mae Sai. I have some pretty good maps and none show an official entrace to Myanmar where you can get a visa stamp. All I see on the maps are rough tracks that approach close to the border but don't cross. And, it must be an official crossing point like Mae Sai to get a visa stamp. You should have thought of that before going to Pai so close to your visa time.

And, just as a warning... It costs 500 baht for every day you over stay you visa expiry date. You are heading in the wrong direction if you continue on to Mae Hong Son and getting further away all the time.

You can get you stamp at the Mae Sot border crossing, south of MHS and Mae Sarieng on the 108 to the 105, but that would be over 500 km's. This would be a easy 2 day ride from Pai, and the 105 south of Mae Sariang is one of my favorite routes, As a place to stay Mae Sot is an eclectic and rough border town unlike another in Thailand.

If you head from Pai to Mae Sai on your motorbike, it will be less than 400 km's. If you do so on the motorbike, turn left on the 107 and head north to Fang, and take the 1089 to Mae Chan north of Chiang Rai, and cross the Mae Sai border. On your way back from the border take a right on the 1234 sign posted to Doi Mae Salong, which if you enjoy Pai you will highly appreciate Doi Mae Salong for town to visit.

Glad it worked out for you... even though somewhat expensive. The problem with the multi-entry visas is if you use them before the end of the 60 days period you lose what ever portion is left. That makes planning a bit more difficult.
