Gangland Execution in Huay Yai

HUAY YAI PATTAYA: Police were called to a palm farm this week, after employees became aware of what appears to have been a gangland execution.

Mr. Chira Watcharas, the 51 year manager of the palm farm notified police that a body had been discovered in remote fields on his premises and Police officers from Huay Yai were dispatched to investigate.

At the scene they found the body of a man who had been shot in the forehead twice , in the mouth and also on his body and initial opinion is that it could have been a gangland slaying.

Shady Dealings Trigger Slaying At Palm Plantation

HUAI YAI:--Police suspect that a dispute between criminals may have triggered a fatal shooting at a Huai-Yai palm plantation. A gunfight between men on motorbikes had erupted at the plantation, and a 43-year-old man was fatally shot six times. Police are investigating.

BANGLAMUNG – September 12, 2012 [PDN]: a report of a man shot dead at a palm plantaion was received by Pol. Lt. Col. Samai Somjit, detective officer, Huai-Yai police station. He rushed to the scene with Pol. Lt. Col. Parksuwat Chomthanorm, the detective inspector, and some police detective forces to a palm plantation at moo 6, Huai-Yai, Banglamung, Chonburi.

When police arrived at the plantation, they found a man’s bullet-ridden body about 100 meters from the gravel road. He had been shot six times by 9 mm gun: twice in the front of his head, once in his mouth, twice in his left arm, and once below his navel. Police found six spent 9 mm bullet shells on the ground, and also recovered three heads of the bullets, which they kept for evidence.

They checked a nearby suitcase and found 17,000 THB cash, several ATM cards, and an ID card identifying the victim as Mr. Banpot Artsuek, age 43, living at 134 /65 10, Nong Prue, Banglamung, Chonburi.

One dead following shoot-out in Huay Yai Plantation East of Pattaya

HUAI Yai:A shoot-out at a plantation in the Huay Yai area led to the death of one man on Wednesday afternoon.

Police were called to the area to inspect the body of Khun Banpot aged 42 who was carrying 17,500 Baht in cash, a mobile phone and personal documents which led Police to discount the initial theory this was a robbery. The man had been shot a total of 6 times and many spent 9mm bullet casings were found in the area.

The manager of the plantation is Khun Wachira aged 51 who confirmed hearing multiple gun shots and heard the sound of what he believed to be 2 motorbikes. He sent staff to investigate which led to the discovery of the body. For now Police are unsure of the reason behind the incident but confirmed the victim had just been released from Prison
